Property to be used as daytime café Mon – Sat, serving Cappuccino’s, latte’s, sandwiches etc and night time wine bar serving tapas and small platters Thurs-Sun
This project was taken on from design to completion.
We came up with several design proposals for the office space and turned it into a small café with an additional revenue source retail element, and with outdoor seating. The internal infrastructure had to be removed and rebuilt, to provide staff accommodation, accessible and customer toilets, feature curved counter, kitchen, food-prep area, wash-up area and seating. All drawings and designs were produced by Abbey Owney Ltd. |
